Newquay sits within the Cornish coastal AONB. We work with planners and local building control as standard for any external work that needs consent, particularly on driveways and visible patios where SUDS rules and AONB landscape character both apply.
For patios and landscaping we will take a single back-garden job from around 20 sq m upward. For groundworks and foundations we tend to start at full-extension or new-build scale. Newquay is close enough to the yard that small jobs are still viable for us.
